Hi, I'm Bennett
PA, LCMHC
I offer medication management along with customized, effective therapy. I am very intentional in creating a space that feels calm, respectful, and genuinely supportive.
The people I serve are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel stuck or overwhelmed and don’t quite understand why things feel so much harder than they “should.” If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
In my free time, I am an avid and passionate rock climber and outdoorsman. Being in nature is my primary form of self-care and I have a deep respect for and connection to the wilderness.
I am by nature, an encourager and I care deeply about the success of those I serve. I believe that knowing someone is in your corner changes everything.
From the start, we will take time to develop a thoughtful, personalized plan that fits your own unique life. Identifying your own unique challenges and developing creative solutions is the bedrock of our work together.
Medication can be a helpful tool when you’re struggling to stay afloat. At the same time, real change often comes from paying attention to the small, everyday things—sleep, routines, stress, focus, and emotional balance. We will work on these pieces gently and realistically, without pressure or overwhelm.
I am passionate about helping people improve their quality of life and achieve their goals.
Many people don’t struggle because they don’t care or aren’t trying hard enough. They struggle because consistency is hard, especially when anxiety, ADHD, or burnout are already taking a toll.
A Big Part of my role is offering compassionate accountability—helping you stay connected to the plan we’ve created together, checking in along the way, and adjusting things when life inevitably gets messy. If something isn’t working, we talk about it openly. There’s no shame in needing support.
I see medication as a way to help open a doorway to healing. Stepping through that doorway can feel uncertain and even scary at times. You don’t have to do it alone. My aim is to walk alongside you, helping you build steadier footing, confidence, and momentum over time—not just quick fixes.
